Commissioning
We have installed projects in a wide variety of locations worldwide, and in a variety of environments. We have successfully worked on-site delivering projects either during building construction and fit-out or working in live venues. We have experience of commissioning in Museums, Exhibitions, Hospitals and Shopping Centres.
Warranty
All software developed by Heritage Multimedia has a 1-year warranty as standard, extended warranties are available where required. All hardware supplied by Heritage Multimedia has a manufacturers warranty (generally 1 year) as standard. Where possible we will negotiate with manufacturers to extend warranties at no additional cost to our customers.
Maintenance and Support
We provide a 24-hour, 7 days a week, telephone support line to answer any queries related to projects we have delivered.
All projects are supplied with a full set of instruction and maintenance manuals. In addition to this we train on-site staff in the operation and maintenance of our systems. Where required Heritage Multimedia will carry out any maintenance work necessary.
Evaluation and Assessment
Our experience in the arena of evaluation and assessment falls broadly into two categories. Firstly our technical ability to integrate software with management systems ensures that we are in a position to write programs to provide user assessment within the training systems we develop. Secondly our process driven approach to the review and testing of our products means we are often called upon to evaluate third party products as part of their testing procedures.
